1. About PLAYFOUND

PLAYFOUND is a gaming showcase and community event operated by AniMéi Gamer Zone. These Terms govern your use of the PLAYFOUND website and your participation in services, applications, registrations, and activities made available through PLAYFOUND.

2. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about, registering for, applying to, contacting, or participating in PLAYFOUND.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use PLAYFOUND services for unlawful purposes.

5. Developer and Organization Submissions

Developers and organizations retain ownership of materials they submit to PLAYFOUND.

By submitting promotional materials for participation, you authorize PLAYFOUND and AniMéi Gamer Zone to use approved names, logos, screenshots, game artwork, descriptions, trailers, and similar promotional materials as reasonably necessary to promote your participation in PLAYFOUND.

6. Intellectual Property

PLAYFOUND branding, website design, graphics, event materials, and original content are owned by or licensed to PLAYFOUND and/or AniMéi Gamer Zone unless otherwise stated.

Third-party game titles, logos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Photography and Media

PLAYFOUND events may include photography, video recording, livestreaming, interviews, and other media coverage. Additional notices or releases may apply to particular activities or participants.

8. Third-Party Services

PLAYFOUND may use third-party services for registration, applications, forms, maps, social media, analytics, communications, or other event operations.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.

9. Event Participation

Attendees, exhibitors, developers, organizations, speakers, and other participants are expected to behave safely, lawfully, professionally, and respectfully.

PLAYFOUND reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation where reasonably necessary for safety, event operations, violations of event rules, or inappropriate conduct.

10. Disclaimer

The PLAYFOUND website and event information are provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PLAYFOUND and AniMéi Gamer Zone are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of this website or participation in PLAYFOUND.
